Honky Dory.

It's raining, raining, and super cold. Why is it not summer yet? is what the citizens of Seattle wake up grumbling on this unforgiving and overcast Friday morning...

Inside, we are drunken with warmth, lazy and sloth-like. Everything soft is a pillow to lean on. The doldrums have hit.

Finals are coming up but I have recently embraced my procrastination and agreed with myself to be fanatically pro-final-active during this week-end. So, the weekdays are filled with bags of crunchy Tim's chips, microwaved apple pie and Breyer's natural vanilla ice cream. Delish.

Rosemary Clooney's voice hums through my speakers. It doesn't help move the waking-dead ambience, but solidifies it. Oh well.

Taipei is in two and a half months.

It is my 3rd day at the restaurant. I'm slowly getting the Indian accents down so I can understand the cooks. Slowly.

It is Roske's day off so she has an excuse for languishing in bed.

Summer vacation is in five days.
